Q:I am new to personal training and I was wondering how many days a week I should see you?
A:Typically I recommend 2-3 training days a week to see maximum results, however this will vary based on your availability, fitness level, budget overall goals. There are many studies published showing that 2-3 training sessions a week is optimal for muscle growth and athletic development. Anything past that and there are typically diminishing returns until you are considered advanced or an expert athlete.
